Rohit Vasudevan, head instructor at IJJ, takes a scientific approach to the study of Jiu-jitsu and combat arts in general.

His methodology and approach is fundamental to our program offerings and has resulted in one of the strongest Jiu-Jitsu teams in India.

Training Jiu-Jitsu at IJJ is an integral part of my day. I make sure to plan the jiu-jitsu sessions for the week, so that I do not miss the sessions. My productivity and focus is at its optimum when I get my dose of Jiu-Jitsu.
